Overview
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your evalHR subscription and what happens after cancellation. We believe in transparency and want you to understand your options.
Free Plan
The evalHR Free plan is available at no cost for teams up to 9 members. Since no payment is required, there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can continue using the Free plan indefinitely or delete your account at any time.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
- Account Settings: Navigate to Settings > Billing in your evalHR dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription".
- Contact Support: Send an email to info@cappsule.io with your account details and cancellation request.
What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be made.
After your billing period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan. You will retain access to your data and can continue using evalHR with Free plan limitations (up to 9 team members).
No Refunds Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any remaining time in your current billing period. However, you will maintain full access to Pro features until that period expires.
This policy exists because our service provides immediate value upon subscription, and we incur costs to maintain your account and data from the moment you subscribe.
Data Retention
After cancellation, your data remains stored securely in our systems. If you downgrade to the Free plan, you can still access your historical performance reviews and data.
If you choose to delete your account entirely, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request a data export before deletion.
Reactivating Your Subscription
You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time by visiting your account settings and selecting a new subscription plan. Your data and settings will be preserved, allowing you to pick up right where you left off.
